  The new e-mail server requires clients to perform SMTP Authentication before sending e-mails.  If you are getting a Greylisting error or forward not allow error when trying to send an e-mail, check your SMTP Authentication settings.

• Changing SMTP Port in Outlook 2003
  
  If you are able to receive e-mails but get a connection refused error when sending, your ISP may be blocking SMTP port 25. This is a common practice with hotels, colleges and Qwest.
