Configuring Outlook 2003 for SMTP Authentication:

1. Open Outlook.  From the Tools menu, Select E-mail Accounts.
   
   
   
   
2. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts. Click Next button.
   
   
   
   
3. Click More Settings ...
   
   
   
   
4. Click Outgoing Server tab.
   
   
   
   
5. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Click OK.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Finish to save settings.
   
   
   
   
7. Congratulations! You have successfully configured Outlook for SMTP Authentication.
